He travelled the world working with Cunard before settling in London for 10 years working for some of Londons finest caterer’s, attending to pampered Popstars at the Brit Awards to flying to Ireland to serve at Victoria & David Beckhams Wedding .
As well as organizing Fine Dining on a grand scale like The Lord Mayors Banquet at The Guildhall & Corporate Hospitality at Farnborough Airshow , he knows you are only as good as your last event.
